Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was founded in 1995 with seven departments, and the first students enrolled in 1996. These departments were Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Econometrics, Economics, Business Management, Public Administration, Public Finance, and International Relations.
Currently, the Faculty has 1925 enrolled students in four different departments, which are Economics, Business Management, Public Administration, and Finance. In addition to undergraduate degrees, these four departments are also offering graduate degrees with a wide variety of courses. Since its foundation, the Faculty has had thousands notable alumni.
The Faculty actively participates in the Erasmus programs, collaborating with many foreign universities and institutions in the European countries; and Farabi exchange programs, collaborating with many national universities. Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences provides its students a well-equipped campus atmosphere, in which students can participate in many social and academic activities.
The Faculty has 41 academic staff in total, comprising 5 professors, 7 associate professors, 18 assistant professors, 1 lecturer, 10 research assistants and an instructor.
